Vineyard Care specialises in rehabilitative services for individuals with mental disorders (Such as Schizophrenia and Bipolar Affective Disorder). We also work with commissioned services to promote interventions for substance use disorders allowing them to flourish.
Our services include; Personal care, Support around community and housing needs as well as Early medical liaison work as part of our enhanced psychosis pathway, latter delivered by our nominated individual.
