Vineyard Care specialises in rehabilitative services for individuals with mental disorders (Such as Schizophrenia and Bipolar Affective Disorder).

Our services include; Domiciliary/Home Care/One to One support: We provide dedicated and personalised time for individuals needing help to meet personal care needs. and Live in Care: We provide onsite input for service users needing a higher package of care where our staff may be available 24 hours a day

All our staff are vetted using Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
