The Helm

The Helm provides a 2-bedroom home for 2 individuals who work synergistically towards their goals of independent living. The individuals receive hours of daily floating support (Low level need) delivered by visiting experienced Health Care Assistants, supervised by Mental health nurse (Band 5+).
